When commencing your first driving
lesson/training/coaching you are entering into a contract with your
driving instructor supplied by Drive Plus. If you have received any introductory offer from Drive
Plus and stop cancellation by you before the equal amount of paid
lessons have been taken, then the introductory offer becomes payable in
full, at the normal rate. Which at time of print is £22 per hour. If
training is stopped by you or request to change instructor, any offer
becomes void and cannot be honoured. All fees must be paid in full at the end of each
lesson/training/coaching session. To cancel a lesson/training/coaching session the
instructor must be given at least forty eight (48) hours notice. This
must be direct to the instructor and not a third party or text message
or answer phone/machine. A written report of your progress will be given
on request. Please
keep your appointment card/progress report as this will be needed in the
event of any query or complaint. The cost of the lesson at the time of print is £22 per
hour. Any refunds will be given back or posted before the lesson/s
commences if payment has been made subject to the conditions of the
above. The cost of your practical test
is £44 paid in advance to the driving instructor. Cheques should be made
out to James Rose.
This will be for the hour before the test
and the 40 minutes you take the actual driving test regardless if you
use your own vehicle. This is different to the booking fee paid to the
DSA for the practical driving test which at the time of print is £62
pounds. Total cost inclusive is £106. In the event of cancellation by the DSA your practical
test will be refunded or test deferred to a different time and date
without loss. The fee for your test to the instructor will be lost but
you may be able to claim this back. Please ask your instructor for
details. If the instructor suspects that the customer has been
taking any illegal substance in accordance with the drink drugs law,
rule 95 and rule 96 of the highway code act then the instructor will not
commence the lesson, coaching session and any fees paid or charged will
be lost and not refunded. |
